BUILT AROUND
THE FIRE.

Patagón is locally owned in Port McNeill by locals with roots in Chilean Patagonia. Our kitchen brings that connection to fire, smoke and straightforward food to Northern Vancouver Island — brisket, pulled pork, burgers, sandwiches and fish & chips.

We choose quality ingredients and care about good nutrition, making food with substance as well as flavour. We smoke our bacon in-house and cook with ghee instead of vegetable oils.
